|Sally Brandon. An entrepreneurial business leader, Sally Brandon has over 30 years of experience in managerial positions in five staffing companies and numerous industry segments. Despite Sally’s success as a business leader, she retains her skills and interest in helping to match companies that need quality personnel and people that need opportunities to advance their careers – one person at a time.
Sally brings her strategic abilities, career coaching skills, creativity and interest in people to every assignment, benefiting both the client and the candidate.
|William Barker. Mr. Barker has personally led acquisitions; brand development; innovation initiatives; private equity, project and venture capital investments; strategic business development and turnarounds. Bill has held the positions of President, Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in affiliation with or on behalf of Blackstone, Bank of America, Caisse de Depot, GE Capital, IBM, InvestCorp and others.
Bill is assisting eFusion in developing clients, making acquisitions of other staffing firms, conducting business development and building the financial base of the company.
|Daniele Beauman. Ms. Beauman is eFusion’s Marketing Strategist and Website Manager. Daniele spearheaded the development of eFusion’s new website and works closely with Sally Brandon on marketing strategy. She also maintains eFusion’s social media presence as well as the job boards.
Daniele is also assisting with recruiting efforts and data management.
|Janine Erdahl. As a Recruiter and Marketer, Janine divides her time between recruiting and working to develop new clients. She is a tenacious recruiter dedicated to serving both clients and candidates to make an ideal match. Janine's recruiting experience stems from contingency recruitment for the financial services industry and the corporate recruitment of Interns. At eFusion, Janine recruits candidates for multiple industries and specifically focuses on financial services and engineering.
Janine is also eFusion's Intern Manager.
|Beth Cianek. Beth is an accomplished Career Management Professional bringing 15+ years’ experience specializing in recruitment, skill-marketing, branding and on-line identity management. She has built her career around supporting leaders in developing job-search strategies to market themselves to their highest potential. She brings a keen understanding of building business relationships, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a passion for the industry. Beth draws upon her network of resources and contacts to maximize successful candidate search and leverages her knowledge and expertise to meet the needs of employers who are challenged by today’s complex, online employment landscape. She offers employers a valuable source for finding top-quality talent to ensure they have the right people, in the right roles, for their current and future work force needs.
Her background includes working with organizations, partners and industry leaders in employment, career development, higher education, marketing and communications. Beth holds a master’s degree in Management/HR from Central Michigan University and numerous industry-related certifications.
|Sherry Duncan. Sherry is a Talent Acquisitions professional, with over 20 years experience in the areas of human resources, recruitment, staffing, and job coaching. Sherry has assisted hundreds of individuals identify their career paths and coach them towards their career goals. She has led recruitment projects that resulted in hundreds of jobs with diverse skill sets.
Sherry will maintain a close relationship with the client and candidiate throughout the search process, from the initial meeting to closing the offer and leading the candidiate through the process, start date and post-start evaluation and feedback.
Prior to joining eFusion Partners, Sherry was an independent consultant, where she led corporate business development and new client systems. She managed a diverse project portfolio, providing clients with superior leadership during critical transition phases, including hiring professional and technical staff, implementing process improvement, writing business plans, and installing effective management learning systems.
Sherry holds an Ed.S in Education and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Middle Tennessee. She had held management jobs in a wide variety of settings; always working to help develop the potential of individuals, groups and teams.
|Charmane Grant. Charmane has 16 yrs in HR experience. She has held numerous positions including Director, Manager, Consultant, HR Analyst, Recruiter, Practice Manager and Provider Benefits Representative. She has also worked in Sales, Management, Insurance Sales, and was a business owner.
Charmane has worked for several companies in the past that include: Delta Dental, Woodstock Family Medicine & Associates, HCA Healthcare Services, Kindred Healthcare, Medical Staffing Network Sun Bridge Care and Rehabilitation, Southwest Ohio Renal Care, Green Memorial Hospital and Miami Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center.

George Wood. As a Certified Quickbooks Pro-Advisor, George has been involved with the payroll/bookkeeper area of eFusion Partners since its inception. Specialties include software installations, conversions, training, report writing, diagnostic reviews, year-end reviews, and coordination with your tax professional. George provides support for candidates and/or clients on an as-needed basis.
